Nathan’s professionalism and ability to maintain composure throughout all stages of selling our home was something I haven’t seen in quite some time. His ability to negotiate for our best interests, while maintaining a great relationship with the buyer’s agent was amazing. Nathan stood up to the  plate when the going got tough towards the end of our escrow and did whatever it took to ensure that the sale was completed based upon the terms we communicated to him even before we signed him on as our listing agent.
