WINTER IN TAHOE
With a break over holidays, an abundance of snow, and unexpected lengthy power outages, we’ve had a chance to reconnect with loved ones and spend intentional time together. Seemingly, the real estate market had paused during the same time, whether due to outages or the inability of potential buyers or sellers to get to the area to visit their homes. As the weather has settled and homeowners are finally able to dig out their walkways, we expect the real estate market to resume its typical competitive pace as the year gets underway.
In the meantime, our partner for charitable giving, Young Life Adventires in Baja, Mexico, celebrated a milestone this month as they opened their first full time offices in the area they serve in the Guadalupe Valley.
