AT HOME IN TAHOE
Happy Thanksgiving from the Riedel family! In this crazy year we’re all experiencing there is still a lot to be grateful for. Our Thanksgiving this year looked very different from the last. Deep in the woods, close together around a campfire, we all ate spaghetti. We enjoyed long family days down on the beach away from the crowds. While we were sad to not see our extended family, it was a wonderful time of disconnecting from the world and connecting more with our family. As we look into the future of the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee real estate market we are predicting to see home values hold strong. Typically this season is our slower season, and while inventory remains low, we are expecting to see a slight increase following the holidays. Many buyers have been putting in offers for months now and are still anxious to find a home; they are ready to jump with offers as new listings will be coming to market in the next few weeks.
