After graduating from Amherst College, Kate started her professional life in Chicago doing sales and marketing for Global players and Fortune 500 Companies including Procter and Gamble and Time Inc.. Eventually, she returned to her home town of Des Moines, Iowa to start a family, and a 16 year career in Commercial Real Estate. There, she worked for Iowa’s largest institutional Real Estate Developer, as well as JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle). Now that she has escaped to the mountains, she puts years of exceptional client service, negotiation, real estate strategy and Midwestern work ethic into her business. Kate will ensure your real estate journey is well guided, and hopefully a lot of fun! Kate lives in Tahoe Donner with her teenage children, dog and cat. Her hobbies include downhill and XC skiing, yoga, tennis, and anything on a trail or water. Another huge passion of Kate’s is gardening.
