Typically, as we roll into November we would feel closure following a summer season and we would be experiencing a regrouping of buyers and sellers as they prepare for a winter home purchase. With all of the variables that have been thrown our way in the midst of an election, the Tahoe and Truckee Markets continue to thrive. Even with the lowest inventory we have seen in years we have still set records for numbers of homes and lots sold every month since July (monthly average from July – Present is 285 homes).
While many things bring unprecedented experiences for us all at the moment, remaining positive and hopeful in this stressful year is what has grounded us in these uncertain times. We continuously feel fortunate to call Tahoe home.
